During this group session, Stacey Nichole Medium will lead you with Mantra Music and gentle movement while Natasha Hightower moves from person to person using Reiki Energy Healing to create flow and release of energy. This is a practice I use for my own healing and I am looking forward to sharing it with you ❤️

Yoga mats will be provided but you're welcome to bring your own items that bring you comfort. Bring a crystal you're feeling drawn to at this time you would like to use also some will be provided. We will have Group discussion before and after this healing session. (snacks and drinks provided)

Energy exchange is $88 per person. (2 hour healing session) must pre-pay to reserve your space. No experience is needed to join!!
